While it is possible to 'phone, email or even write to the Secretary, it is far easier and indeed more efficient to book in for a meeting directly via our website.

The form below can be used by visitors to book into the forthcoming meeting (usually, the third Saturday of the Month).

  • All meals should be booked seven days prior to the meeting

  • Please check the circular for the cost of the meal

  • Please make cheques, payable to The Scout Lodge of MMM

  • Meals will only be provided for those who book in advance

  • To assure your meal, please send all cheques immediately to the Treasurer:

Please note, that in order to minimise costs, booked meals may only be
cancelled 3 working days prior to the meeting by contacting the Treasurer.
Sadly, invoices will be furnished by the Treasurer for ALL unpaid bookings.
